We believe privacy is a right, not a feature. Here is exactly how we handle your data.

Leader Standard OS is developed and published by OAAI APPS, an independent software company based in Fairfield, California, USA. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at lsw@oaaiapps.com.
All operational data you enter — routines, Gemba walk observations, escalations, projects, coaching session notes, and team members — is stored locally on your device in the iOS sandbox. It is not accessible to other apps.
If you enable iCloud Sync, your data is also stored in your private iCloud database via Apple's CloudKit. Only you can access this data — not OAAI APPS, and not other users. Apple's privacy policies govern iCloud storage.
Leader Standard OS uses Firebase Authentication (provided by Google) for sign-in. We support email/password sign-in and Sign in with Apple.
Firebase stores your email address and a hashed password (for email sign-in), or your Apple ID token (for Sign in with Apple). We do not store passwords in plain text. Firebase's privacy policy applies to authentication data.
When you delete your account from within the app, your Firebase authentication record is permanently deleted.
We do not collect behavioral analytics. Firebase Analytics is disabled in our configuration (IS_ANALYTICS_ENABLED = false).
We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or session recording tools. We do not track how you use the app.
When you export your data as a PDF or Excel file, that file is generated entirely on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers. You control where it goes — email, Files, AirDrop, or any other destination you choose.
Pro subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs all transaction data.
We store a per-user Pro status flag on your device to avoid unnecessary StoreKit queries. This is keyed to your Firebase UID and never leaves your device.
Leader Standard OS is designed for professional operational leaders and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data at any time.
For any other data requests, contact us at lsw@oaaiapps.com.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For material changes, we will notify users through the app.
